Self-Hosted pNode
You provide the server
Bring your own server and ChillXand handles all the technical management. DevNet requires a pNode license.

Self-Hosted Requirements
If you choose the Self-Hosted option, you'll need to provide:
- Ubuntu 24.04 LTS server or VPS
- SSH access credentials for our team
- pNode license (DevNet only - not required for MainNet)
MainNet Rewards: STOINC
pNode operators on the Xandeum MainNet earn STOINC (STOrage INCome) as rewards for contributing to the network's storage layer.

STOrage INCome
STOINC is the name of the payment system for Xandeum pNode operators. Only pNode owners running on MainNet can earn STOINC by providing storage capacity to the network.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need technical knowledge to run a pNode?
No! That's the whole point of ChillXand's managed service. Whether you choose Self-Hosted or Fully Managed, our team handles all the technical aspects - installation, configuration, monitoring, updates, and optimization. You just need to provide the server (for Self-Hosted) or nothing at all (for Fully Managed).
What's the difference between Self-Hosted and Fully Managed?
Self-Hosted: You provide your own Ubuntu 24.04 LTS server/VPS. This is more cost-effective if you already have server infrastructure or want more control over where your pNode runs.
Fully Managed: ChillXand provides everything including the server. This is the ultimate hands-off solution - we take care of everything. Note: pNode licenses are only required for DevNet operations.
How do I pay for the service?
All payments are made in XAND tokens. DevNet pricing is currently 3,000 XAND/month for Self-Hosted and 8,000 XAND/month for Fully Managed. MainNet pricing will be announced soon.
What if I have issues with my pNode?
Our team provides 24/7 monitoring and support. Most issues are detected and resolved proactively before they affect your pNode's performance. For any questions or concerns, reach out through our Discord or the control panel.
